Gubna Double IPA – 10% ABV, 100 IBU – Summit hops are used exclusively in this IPA with flavors of spring onion and grapefruit rind apparent.  An addition of rye in the grain bill adds a nice zest to the beer.


Ten FIDY Imperial Stout – 10.5% ABV, 98 IBU – Rated by Beer Advocate as a Top 50 Beers in the World. FIDY is an immensely viscous stout with flavors of chocolate covered caramel and coffee.

 

              Oskar Blues General Admission Beers:


Dale’s Pale Ale – 6.5% ABV, 65 IBU – America’s first hand canned craft beer.  Dale’s is a hopped up American style Pale Ale with assertive-but-balanced flavors. Rated #1 Pale Ale by the New York Times.

 

Mama’s Little Yella Pils – 5.3% ABV, 35 IBU – Crisp, Clean and Refreshing.  This Bohemian style pilsner was rated “Best Bohemian Pilsner” at last year’s Great American Beer Festival.

 

Old Chub Scotch Ale – 8% ABV, 25 IBU – Rich flavors of Chocolate, Coffee, and a touch of Caramel sweetness are finished with a kiss of smoke.  Not your average dark beer. World Beer Championships Gold Medal.

Duck Duck Goose Porter - Bold coffee and chocolate malt backbone tempered with a slight spiciness from Saaz hops.  Finishes dry with a slightly lingering hop bitterness and Chocolate notes. 


             Eastern Shore General Admission Beers:


Saint Michael’s Ale - A dark amber ale brewed with Carmel and Munich malts.  Medium bodied with an off white head and balanced with Willamette and Saaz hops.

Reverb Imperial Pilsner - A starkly simple recipe, using only Pilsner malt and Saaz hops, combined with a painstakingly complex brewing process, produces a beer of subtle elegance.

Tank 7 - A straw colored, light to medium bodied beer with a citrusy hop aroma and flavor, a soft, sweet malt flavor and a promine hop bitterness.


Double Wide IPA - An amber-brown, full-bodied beer with an intense floral, citrus hop aroma and pronounced hop bitterness and flavor, backed up by a strong caramel, toffee-like malt flavor.


Unfiltered Wheat -  A slightly cloudy, light bodied, straw colored beer with a prominent sweet, bready malt flavor and a low hop bitterness and a hint of citrus.

Firkin (Loose Cannon) -  Loose Canon wins people over at first smell - the carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA.

Revival Oyster Stout - This beer is brewed in the British and Irish tradition of oyster stouts using Chesapeake Bay oyster shells in the brewing water to add mineral content and then adding oysters and their liquor to the brew during the boil.


                     Port City General Admission Beers:


Optimal Wit - Brewed in the Belgian Wit Bier tradition, this beer is brewed with raw wheat and oats, and steeped with coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise.


Porter - This beer shows bittersweet flavors of coffee and dark chocolate, with a very complex malt character enhanced by yeast fruitiness.

Octoberfest: Our Autumn Seasonal beer is a traditional Maerzen style lager. We use eight types of imported German malts and three hop varieties to create this amber-colored fest beer; 5.9% ABV

Hop Mountain:  A rich, red ale made in the American Pale Ale style, our Pale Ale has strong hop character, medium, dry finish and floral hop aroma; 6.6% ABV

Copperhead Ale: This Düsseldorf style Altbier blends caramelized malted barley with pronounced hop character to create a subtle copper hue. Copperhead Ale is famous for its signature balanced flavor & impeccable smoothness; 5.2% ABV

Autumn Ale

Widmer  VIP Beer:


Raspberry Russian Imperial Stout – 9.3% ABV. An extremely rich and complex beer. The addition of raspberries during the fermentation process results in an almost purplish opaque color with a beautiful brown head. Warm chocolate and roasty notes compliment the hoppy bitterness.

Brrrbon ’12 - Winter Warmer- 9.4% ABV. Pours a light amber with a white foamy head. Aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Subtle notes of toffee, vanilla and sweet caramel. Flavors of hops and malts with fruity and floral qualities float the palate. Mouthfeel is smooth and finishes clean.

Widmer General Admission Beers:

 

Nelson Imperial IPA - 8.6% ABV. The unique flavor stems in part from Nelson Sauvin hops with an intense citrus, fruity, berry-like character. The malt backbone muscles up enough malty sweetness and caramel character to spot the incredibly robust hop aroma and flavor.

Pitch Black IPA - 6.5% ABV. Pours a dark black color. Peppery and spicy hop aromas carry to the flavor profile, with a malty caramel toastiness. A strong bitterness helps to define this beer's character. Smooth.

Drifter Pale Ale - This copper-red brew is hopped with Summit and Nelson Hops. Summit hops impart unique, notable citrus aromas and flavors of tangerine, mandarin and grapefruit. Bitterness comes through for balance and crispness, yet the citrus really shines through. Refreshing!

Milk Stout - 7.6% ABV. Pours a deep, dense rich brown. Dark chocolate, coffee and roasted malt aromas are present with a flavor profile full of sweet and creamy maltiness.
